Choose your products — milk only, or milk and eggs — and we'll reserve them for you each week for pickup or delivery on your scheduled day. Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks. Place or adjust your order by 9pm the day before your pickup or delivery.
Absolutely — we know schedules change. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup or delivery date and we'll pause that week's order. There's no fee to skip.
For raw milk, yes. Because we sell raw milk directly from the farm, all new raw-milk customers visit the ranch in person and sign our Product Sales Contract & Waiver before being approved for drop-off pickup or delivery. If you plan to bring your own jars, you'll also sign our Customer-Owned Glass Jar Agreement. Once you've visited and signed, you're set for ongoing pickup at any of our locations.
Yes — milk subscribers can bring their own clean glass jars and save $1 per order ($5 per half gallon or $10 per gallon, versus $6 and $11 in a plastic jug we provide). Jars must be food-grade glass, clean, sanitized, dry, and labeled with your name. See our Customer-Owned Glass Jar Agreement for the full details.
No minimum commitment — our goal is to make fresh farm products convenient and flexible. Subscriptions bill every 4 weeks, and you can change or pause anytime. Select your preferred payment method on page three of the sign up form (we accept cash, Venmo, ACH, CashApp, Zelle, ACH, and credit/debit card).
Keep your milk refrigerated at or below 40°F and return it to the fridge promptly after each use — the colder, the better. Properly stored, our fresh raw milk typically stays good for 7–14 days. Freshness can vary, so always trust your senses and give it a smell and a look before using.
